Raised - Matched - Realized

 

These are the three stages in which a TN form can be in. 

 

RAISED - you went to the NGO which you want to collaborate with and presented the project. They agreed to do the project with you and you established the JD of the trainee. You went back home and wrote it down - you created the TN form. After that you introduced it on myaiesec.net platform. The TN is raised, but it's status is on NEW. You need to call the MCVP to put it on AVAILABLE. Now you can start matching!

 

MATCHED - your TN is on the platform and EPs all over the world have acces to it. If they like it they will e-mail you to tell you they want to join your project. You'll schedule interview and then evaluate the EP. If you'll like him/her you'll accept them and after they'll send the EP AN and you will send the TN AN, you can change the form status to MATCHED.

 

REALIZED - the EP finally arrived in the country. Don't rush to change the status of the form to REALIZED, since you only have to do this after they started working for the project, or for the NGO.
