About Brasov

 

Brasov is placed in the center of country and is rich in cultural inheritance. It has been founded over 800 years ago by the teutonic knights order, they came on our land and founded Barsei County. Here they built many fortification to stand strong against barbaric invasions like the Huns. One of the fortifications is the city of Brasov, which is near a numerous areas with medieval heritance, like Bran’s castle(Dracula’s castle), Rasnov fortress and Peles and Pelisor castle( the most beautiful castle in Romania). In Brasov you can visit the Black church one of the biggest churches in Europe, relax in the parks next to the walls and climb on the hills to visit the two towers, the fortifications, or just to take a picture of the splendor of one of the most beautiful and peaceful cities in Romania.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

AIESEC Brasov

 

AIESEC Brasov has a great culture where the members like to go out all the time with the trainees. We like to organize together with the trainees barbeques , cooking nights and outside trips around Brasov. The trainees can attend Free Romanian classes to learn a bit the language and the culture.
